January's Full Ice Moon + Lunar Calendar Printable

It's a new year, witches! That means it's time to lay the groundwork for the magical year of growth ahead of us. Traditionally, of course, we set New Year's Resolutions or intentions for what we would like to accomplish in the upcoming year, but with this New Moon coming up in a few days, I urge you to continue digging in and grounding yourself instead of trying to hit the ground running.

Make peace with your inner world and cultivate a space in your physical surroundings that is conducive to improving or keeping your health. With the solstice just having passed not even a moonth ago, the sun is just beginning to peek back into our skies. The warmth is coming, but it is still a time of burrowing deep and keeping warm.

Though this could mean hibernation for you if you've exhausted your reserves in the previous months, it does not mean stagnation. There is plenty we can do from within, both mentally and physically. We can write. We can craft. We can plan. We can prepare.

This calendar is based on the lunar phases according to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), so you’ll have to find out how that relates to your own time zone. It shouldn't differ too much, most likely only by a few hours, so most of the dates should be correct for you. I figured this would be the fairest way to present the calendar since there are witches here from across the globe!

I hope you enjoy and please let me know if you have any suggestions for what to include in the next calendars, or if there are any specific naming conventions you’d like me to follow for other versions of the “moonthly” calendar! I’m not too familiar with many of the other names, and the cultures they’re originated from, so if you have any info or suggestions, I’d love to see.

Let me know how you guys like this calendar style! I changed it up a whole bunch from last month’s calendar. It’s much more simple and clean looking, but still packs a punch with personality.

Let me know how you use the planner!

Leave a comment down below telling me your favorite way to use your lunar calendar. I want to know!
